The Great October Socialist Revolution paved the way

 

On 7 November 1917 in Petrograd, the revolution triumphed. The Second Congress of Soviets proclaimed the socialist nature of the revolution, and adopted the Decree on Land and the Decree on Peace.

The importance of the Great October Revolution in the history of humanity is immense. It marked a radical shift from the old capitalist world to the new socialist world. The October Revolution differs principally from all previous revolutions. Its aim was not to replace one form of exploitation with another, one group of exploiters with another, but the destruction of all exploitation of man by man, the abolition of all groups of exploiters, the establishment of the power of the most revolutionary class of all the oppressed classes existing until then, along with the organisation of the new  socialist-communist society and the abolition of classes. From its very first steps, the Soviet power realised the necessity and put flesh on the socialist content of the slogans with which the Bolsheviks raised the people for the Revolution: ‘Peace to the peoples’, ‘All power to the Soviets’, ‘Land to the peasants’, ‘Factories to the workers’, ‘The 8-hour day for all’.

The October Socialist Revolution demonstrated that the proletariat could lead the new society against and without the capitalists. Nothing will ever be the same again. October 1917 ushered in the era of the world proletarian Revolution and was the inspiration for the Communist International, which contributed to the foundation and strengthening of the communist parties in every country. The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics has solved many exceptionally important and fundamental problems that the capitalist countries cannot solve. Unemployment disappeared in 1930. It safeguarded the right to work, free healthcare, education, culture and sports. These successes and social conquests are the consequence of the material and political foundations under socialism, of the socialised economy, central planning and workers’ control, and the essential prerequisite for these successes and conquests is the socialist revolution and the power of the proletariat. As a result, for the first time in human history, the products of labour belonged to all members of society. The capitalist appropriation of the social production was abolished and workers became masters of their own destiny.

These are the main reasons why the USSR, with the working class at the forefront, the people, its Red Army and its socialist economic base, saved humanity by playing a primordial and decisive role in the crushing of fascism.

Today, inter-imperialist contradictions are sharpening, with the imperialist war in Ukraine between NATO and capitalist Russia as well as the one in the Middle East with the genocide of the Palestinian people by the occupying state of Israel and its imperialist interventions in Lebanon, Syria and Yemen again raising the danger of a generalised war. Reality shows us that capitalism is outdated and can only offer wars, exploitation, poverty, environmental degradation, economic crises and refugees.

The example of the October Revolution is a source of inspiration for the new generations of communists all over Europe, who are fighting in very difficult conditions against the bourgeoisie, the bourgeois states and the inter-state capitalist unions, such as the European Union or their armed wing NATO, etc. We call on the people and the youth to reflect more deeply on the causes, the reality and the truth about the counter-revolution, the dissolution of the USSR and the overthrow  of socialism. The study of this experience shows that it was the violation, not the application, of the principles of building socialism that led to the counter-revolution. This truth pulverises the propaganda of the bourgeoisie, the EU, the capitalist governments and their apparatuses, the falsification of history, and the unhistorical identification of communism with fascism. We are indeed living in the era of the socialist revolutions ushered in by the Great October. The course of history cannot be reversed, our era continues to be the era of transition from capitalism to socialism. Therefore, the communists of the European Communist Action reasonably claim: It is impossible to kill the people's dream of a life of freedom and justice. The Bolsheviks showed the whole world how to make this dream a reality. The struggle continues, with the Communist Parties at the vanguard to fulfil their revolutionary mission so that the working class in every country throws off the shackles of exploitation, overthrows the barbarous capitalist system and builds the new world, socialism–communism.

La Gran Revolución Socialista de Octubre allanó el camino

El 7 de noviembre de 1917 triunfó la revolución en Petrogrado. El II Congreso de los Sóviets proclamó el carácter socialista de la revolución y aprobó el Decreto sobre la Tierra y el Decreto sobre la Paz.

La importancia de la Gran Revolución de Octubre es inmensa en la historia de la humanidad; marcó un giro radical del viejo mundo capitalista al nuevo mundo socialista. La Revolución de Octubre se distingue notablemente de todas las revoluciones anteriores: su objetivo no fue sustituir una forma de explotación por otra, a un grupo de explotadores por otro, sino la destrucción de toda explotación del hombre por el hombre, la abolición de todos los grupos de explotadores, el establecimiento del poder de la clase más revolucionaria de todas las clases oprimidas que existieron hasta entonces, junto con la organización de la nueva sociedad socialista-comunista y la abolición de las clases. Desde sus primerísimos pasos, el poder soviético comprendió la necesidad y concretó el contenido socialista de las consignas con las que los bolcheviques alzaron al pueblo a favor de la Revolución: “Paz para los pueblos”, “Todo el poder para los sóviets”, “Tierra para los campesinos”, “Fábricas para los trabajadores”, “Jornada de 8 horas para todos”.

La Revolución Socialista de Octubre demostró que el proletariado podía dirigir la nueva sociedad en contra de y sin los capitalistas. Nada será jamás lo mismo: octubre de 1917 abrió el camino de la época de la revolución proletaria mundial y fue la inspiración de la Internacional Comunista, que contribuyó a la fundación y fortalecimiento de los partidos comunistas en cada país. La Unión de Repúblicas Socialistas Soviéticas resolvió muchos problemas excepcionalmente importantes y fundamentales que los países capitalistas no pueden resolver: el desempleo desapareció en 1930; garantizó el derecho al trabajo y a la sanidad, la educación, la cultura y el deporte gratuitos. Estos éxitos y conquistas sociales son consecuencia de las bases materiales y políticas del socialismo, de la economía socializada, la planificación central y el control obrero; y la condición esencial para estos éxitos y conquistas es la revolución socialista y el poder del proletariado. En consecuencia, por vez primera en la historia humana, los productos del trabajo pertenecieron a todos los miembros de la sociedad. Se abolió la apropiación capitalista de la producción social y los obreros se convirtieron en los dueños de su propio destino.

Estos son los motivos principales por los que la URSS, con la clase obrera a la vanguardia, el pueblo, su Ejército Rojo y su base económica socialista, salvaron a la humanidad al desempeñar un papel primordial y decisivo en el aplastamiento del fascismo.

Hoy se agudizan las contradicciones interimperialistas, con la guerra imperialista en Ucrania entre la OTAN y la Rusia capitalista, así como con la de Oriente Medio con el genocidio del pueblo palestino por el estado ocupante de Israel y sus intervenciones imperialistas en Líbano, Siria y Yemen elevando de nuevo el peligro de una guerra generalizada. La realidad nos muestra que el capitalismo es caduco y solo puede ofrecer guerras, explotación, pobreza, degradación ambiental y crisis económicas y de refugiados.

El ejemplo de la Revolución de Octubre es una fuente de inspiración para las nuevas generaciones de comunistas de toda Europa, que luchan en condiciones muy difíciles contra la burguesía, los estados burgueses y las uniones interestatales capitalistas, como la Unión Europea y su brazo armado, la OTAN, etc. Llamamos al pueblo y a la juventud a reflexionar más profundamente en las causas, la realidad y la verdad sobre la contrarrevolución, la disolución de la URSS y el derrocamiento del socialismo. El estudio de esta experiencia nos muestra que fue la violación —y no la aplicación— de los principios de construcción del socialismo lo que condujo a la contrarrevolución. Esta verdad pulveriza la propaganda de la burguesía, la UE, los gobiernos capitalistas y sus aparatos, la falsificación de la historia y la identificación no histórica del comunismo con el fascismo. Vivimos desde luego en la época de las revoluciones socialistas iniciada en el Gran Octubre. El curso de la historia no puede revertirse, nuestra época sigue siendo la época de transición del capitalismo al socialismo. Por lo tanto, los comunistas de la Acción Comunista Europea con razón afirman: es imposible matar el sueño del pueblo de una vida de libertad y justicia. Los bolcheviques mostraron al mundo entero cómo hacer realidad este sueño. La lucha continúa, con los Partidos Comunistas a la vanguardia para cumplir su misión revolucionaria, para que así la clase obrera de cada país se deshaga de los grilletes de la explotación, derroque al bárbaro sistema capitalista y construya el nuevo mundo, el socialismo-comunismo.

ΕΥΡΩΠΑΪΚΗ ΚΟΜΜΟΥΝΙΣΤΙΚΗ ΔΡΑΣΗ
Η Μεγάλη Οκτωβριανή Σοσιαλιστική Επανάσταση άνοιξε το δρόμο!

 

Στις 7 Νοεμβρίου 1917 στην Πετρούπολη, η επανάσταση θριάμβευσε. Το Δεύτερο Συνέδριο των Σοβιέτ διακήρυξε το σοσιαλιστικό χαρακτήρα της επανάστασης και υιοθέτησε το "Διάταγμα για τη γη" και αυτό "για την ειρήνη".

Η σημασία της Μεγάλης Οκτωβριανής Επανάστασης στην ιστορία της ανθρωπότητας είναι τεράστια. Σηματοδότησε μια ριζική στροφή από τον παλιό καπιταλιστικό κόσμο στον νέο σοσιαλιστικό. Η Οκτωβριανή Επανάσταση διαφέρει από όλες τις προηγούμενες επαναστάσεις. Στόχος της δεν ήταν η αντικατάσταση μιας μορφής εκμετάλλευσης με μια άλλη, μιας ομάδας εκμεταλλευτών με μια άλλη, αλλά η κατάργηση της εκμετάλλευσης ανθρώπου από άνθρωπο, η κατάργηση όλων των ομάδων των εκμεταλλευτών, η εγκαθίδρυση της εξουσίας της εργατικής τάξης, της πιο επαναστατικής τάξης από όλες τις καταπιεσμένες τάξεις και την οργάνωση της νέας σοσιαλιστικής-κομμουνιστικής κοινωνίας, για την κατάργηση των τάξεων. Από τα πρώτα κιόλας βήματά της, η σοβιετική εξουσία συνειδητοποίησε την αναγκαιότητα και υλοποίησε το σοσιαλιστικό περιεχόμενο των συνθημάτων με τα οποία οι μπολσεβίκοι ξεσήκωσαν το λαό για την Επανάσταση: "Ειρήνη στους λαούς", "Όλη η εξουσία στα Σοβιέτ", "Η γη στους αγρότες", "Τα εργοστάσια στους εργάτες", "8ωρο για όλους".

Η Σοσιαλιστική Επανάσταση του Οκτώβρη απέδειξε ότι το προλεταριάτο μπορούσε να ηγηθεί της νέας κοινωνίας ενάντια και χωρίς τους καπιταλιστές. Τίποτα δεν θα ήταν ποτέ ξανά το ίδιο. Ο Οκτώβρης του 1917 εγκαινίασε την εποχή της παγκόσμιας προλεταριακής επανάστασης και αποτέλεσε την έμπνευση για την Κομμουνιστική Διεθνή, η οποία συνέβαλε στην ίδρυση και ενίσχυση των κομμουνιστικών κομμάτων σε κάθε χώρα. Η Ένωση Σοβιετικών Σοσιαλιστικών Δημοκρατιών επίλυσε πολλά εξαιρετικά σημαντικά και θεμελιώδη προβλήματα που οι καπιταλιστικές χώρες δεν μπορούν να επιλύσουν. Η ανεργία εξαλείφθηκε το 1930. Εξασφαλίσθηκε το δικαίωμα στη δουλειά, την δωρεάν υγεία, τη μόρφωση, τον πολιτισμό και τον αθλητισμό. Αυτές οι επιτυχίες και οι κοινωνικές κατακτήσεις είναι αποτέλεσμα των υλικών και πολιτικών θεμελίων στο πλαίσιο του σοσιαλισμού, της κοινωνικοποιημένης οικονομίας, του κεντρικού σχεδιασμού, του εργατικού ελέγχου και η βασική προϋπόθεση για αυτές τις επιτυχίες και κατακτήσεις είναι η σοσιαλιστική επανάσταση και η εξουσία του προλεταριάτου. Ως αποτέλεσμα, για πρώτη φορά στην ιστορία της ανθρωπότητας, τα προϊόντα της εργασίας ανήκαν σε όλα τα μέλη της κοινωνίας. Καταργήθηκε η καπιταλιστική ιδιοποίηση των αποτελεσμάτων της εργασίας και οι εργάτες έγιναν κύριοι της μοίρας τους.

Αυτοί είναι οι βασικοί λόγοι για τους οποίους η ΕΣΣΔ, με μπροστάρη την εργατική τάξη, με τον αγωνιζόμενο λαό, τον Κόκκινο Στρατό και τη σοσιαλιστική οικονομική της βάση, έσωσε την ανθρωπότητα, παίζοντας πρωταρχικό και αποφασιστικό ρόλο στη συντριβή του φασισμού.

Σήμερα, οι ενδοϊμπεριαλιστικές αντιθέσεις οξύνονται, με τον ιμπεριαλιστικό πόλεμο στην Ουκρανία ανάμεσα στο ΝΑΤΟ και την καπιταλιστική Ρωσία, όπως και αυτόν στη Μέση Ανατολή, με την γενοκτονία του Παλαιστινιακού λαού από το κράτος κατακτητή Ισραήλ και τις ιμπεριαλιστικές επεμβάσεις του σε Λίβανο, Συρία και Υεμένη, να θέτουν και πάλι τον κίνδυνο ενός γενικευμένου πολέμου. Η πραγματικότητα μας αποδεικνύει ότι ο καπιταλισμός είναι ξεπερασμένος και δεν μπορεί παρά να "προσφέρει" πολέμους, εκμετάλλευση, φτώχεια, περιβαλλοντική υποβάθμιση, οικονομικές κρίσεις, προσφυγιά.

Το παράδειγμα της Οκτωβριανής Επανάστασης αποτελεί πηγή έμπνευσης για τις νέες γενιές κομμουνιστών σε όλη την Ευρώπη, οι οποίοι παλεύουν σε πολύ δύσκολες συνθήκες ενάντια στην αστική τάξη και το κράτος της, τις διακρατικές καπιταλιστικές ενώσεις, όπως η Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση ή η ένοπλη πτέρυγά τους, το ΝΑΤΟ, κ.α. Καλούμε το λαό και τη νεολαία να προβληματιστούν βαθύτερα για τις αιτίες, την πραγματικότητα και την αλήθεια σχετικά με την αντεπανάσταση, την διάλυση της ΕΣΣΔ, την ανατροπή του σοσιαλισμού. Η μελέτη αυτής της πείρας δείχνει ότι η παραβίαση κι όχι η εφαρμογή των αρχών οικοδόμησης του σοσιαλισμού οδήγησε στην αντεπανάσταση. Αυτή η αλήθεια κονιορτοποιεί την προπαγάνδα της αστικής τάξης, της ΕΕ, των καπιταλιστικών κυβερνήσεων και των μηχανισμών τους. Αποτελεί απάντηση στην παραχάραξη της ιστορίας και την ανιστόρητη εξίσωση του κομμουνισμού με το φασισμό. Ζούμε πράγματι στην εποχή των σοσιαλιστικών επαναστάσεων που εγκαινίασε ο Μεγάλος Οκτώβρης. Ο ρους της ιστορίας δεν μπορεί να αντιστραφεί, η εποχή μας συνεχίζει να είναι αυτή του περάσματος από τον καπιταλισμό στο σοσιαλισμό. Επομένως, οι κομμουνιστές της Ευρωπαϊκής Κομμουνιστικής Δράσης εύλογα υποστηρίζουν πως είναι αδύνατο να σβήσει το όνειρο των ανθρώπων για μια ζωή με ελευθερία και δικαιοσύνη. Οι μπολσεβίκοι έδειξαν σε ολόκληρο τον κόσμο πώς μπορεί να γίνει αυτό το όνειρο πραγματικότητα.

Ο αγώνας συνεχίζεται, με τα Κομμουνιστικά Κόμματα στην πρωτοπορία για να εκπληρώσουν την επαναστατική αποστολή τους έτσι ώστε σε κάθε χώρα η εργατική τάξη να αποτινάξει τα δεσμά της εκμετάλλευσης και να ανατρέψει το βάρβαρο καπιταλιστικό σύστημα, να οικοδομήσει το νέο κόσμο, τον σοσιαλισμό - κομμουνισμό
